Many years I have been asking, why me? Why does all the weird shit happen to me?
Started with a boat, coming off of a trailer, and hitting me while I was driving home from work.
Or, when my oldest brother, Tommy, died, when I was fourteen, asphyxiation…..choked on throwing M and M’s in his mouth…..WTF!!!
Explains my obsession with “The Who’s Tommy”, a rock opera.
Story goes, after Tommy passed, my cousin Jeanne, took me to see the movie Tommy, in 1975. They made it into a Broadway play, the Tommy pinball machine is designed after it, 1995.
My lovely wife took me to see the off Broadway version, 9/11/2021. Finally got to see them in concert, in April of 2022. First five or six songs were from the Tommy album.
